First of all, we want to let you know that we offer a free 3-day trial so all our users can experience the full potential of the app without any limitations on functionalities or disturbing ads.
If you were not satisfied and didn't want to pay for the subscription, you could easily cancel the free trial via the App Store app or your device Settings.
Regarding refunds, unfortunately, we do not have access to any client payments as per App Store guidelines. All the payments go directly to Apple and they are the ones collecting and refunding all the money.
How to request a refund for App Store purchases:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- If you see the "Report" or "Report a Problem" button next to the item that you want to request a refund for, click it.
- Follow the instructions on the page to choose the reason why you want a refund and submit your request.
