If you're having trouble with your eSIM connection, try these steps:
1. Be sure that WiFi in your device is OFF and Mobile data is ON.
2. Go to your device Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > Your eSIM (DENT), and make sure that:
2.1. eSIM is selected for Mobile Data -usage.
2.2. Data roaming is ON.
If everything is correct, but still no internet, one more step to resolve your issue
3. Open the SIM toolkit app -> Your DENT eSIM -> SIM Applications -> DMI -> Settings -> Profile
3.1. On the profile screen you should see your current active DMI entry preceded by an asterisk (*).
3.2. Open the Country x DMI table (click here) and find the entry that corresponds to your current country.
3.3 Get back to the DMI settings and tap on the correct entry with the same 5-digits-prefix from the table so that the asterisk (*) moved to that entry.
4. After changings: Restart your device, turn off Wi-Fi, turn on Cellular/Mobile Data, wait for the LTE icon appear next to the DENT network and check you mobile internet connection.
